Shares of PowerShares Zacks Micro Cap Portfolio, the first micro-cap ETF, made their market debut today. The ETF trades under the symbol PZI. The index is made up of over 300 stocks with very low market values. Micro-caps are historically the best-performing sector of the market. The problem with small issues is diversity and liquidity.
